1. Introduction

• au999 reserves the right to request official identification documents (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address as part of its KYC verification process.
• Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held within the account may be forfeited pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
